Delivery Charges quoted are for delivery mainland England and Wales - for delivery elsewhere please phone or email for prices Where delivery of your goods is undertaken, please ensure access is freely available to your premises as charges will be made for aborted deliveries. Goods can be placed in any area of your property you require, but please ensure all pictures and obstacles causing obstruction are removed prior to delivery as we cannot be answerable for subsequent damage. We will deliver any Waterbed mainland England and Wales for the sum of £95 Should installation be required, this will be charged extra, as also deliveries and / or installations in Scotland or Ireland. |

| Returns Policy You have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within 7 days of delivery, commencing the day after delivery. In order to do so you must notify us in writing (including email) within those 7 days (please get proof of posting certificate free from the post office if using Royal Mail to return goods). You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within 30 days of your notice of cancellation minus the delivery / installation, collection and restocking costs. Please call us for a returns number. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. If in the event of the goods are inadequately packaged the goods will not be collected and the company will charge you (the buyer) a collection fee. Any cancellation must be made within 7 days of the original intended delivery date commencing the day after delivery, this right will cease at the point of delivery or when installation commences. Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective.
